Tuesday
I’d like
to say that my mom is the greatest person in the world and that I’d want to follow her
footsteps and be exactly like her when I grow older, in fact, she’s very
resourceful and a great cook just exactly like kuya so I’m sharing some of my
hidden desire when it come to the topic of food.
Marina’s Bangus ATBP. - Homemade Bonoan Bangus . The owner
has a milkfish farm in Pangasinan so it was natural that she turned some of
these into processed goods. An example of which are boneless bangus tocino,
bangus spring rolls, and smoked bangus.
Did you know that Dagupan City even has its own Bangus festival?
Contact 0920-2544280 or 0920-9623240 for Marina’s Bangus
ATBP. I am not plugging this to gain benefit. I just like the lady.
Pork Siomai (steamed pork dumplings) dimsum bites
taste yummy with chili garlic sauce and kalamansi (Philippine lemon). Siomai
is a dimsum of Chinese origin, which is also quite common in the
Philippines. This pork
siomai recipe sounds delectable.

Discovered
a faster way to get to school today… hahahaha… its ironic because we left
the house at 7am and arrived at katipunan at 720am; whereas yesterday, we left
the house before 7 and arrived at katipunan at around 730… wow…
ehehehehe…. after my class (kung saan sinita ako ni ninong… hahahaha) went
to UP with macy because she had to get something for her theology class…

may coop tapos bumalik na sa kotse…
Then
tomorrow I need to be at the Bellarmine Hall at around 730.. sa xavierville ave
